SHIPPING & ORDERS
All Products shall be shipped from Manhattan, NY. Beauty by Sunrise use USPS and FedEx as the carriers for all shipments. We can receive orders 7 days a week, but our carriers only can pick up once a day on Monday-Friday. The cut-off time is 12PM each day. If you do place your order after 12PM, it will be considered next day shipment order. Please note that weekend orders, holidays, and severe weather can cause shipping times to vary. Shipping costs will be calculated once items are placed in the cart and the “ship to” address is specified.
We provide estimated arrival times for the delivery, but are not liable for delays that may occur. Orders are processed between 24-48 hours after we've received them (excluding weekends). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your package's tracking information.
We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All shipments are insured and the buyer will assume all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if problems occur.
All product items available for purchase on Beauty by Sunrise are supplied by our third party suppliers. attempts to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and prices. However, we cannot warrant that the descriptions or prices are accurate at all times. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to information received from the third party, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders customers have placed. In this case, your credit or debit card may have been charged. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it (please view ‘Exchanges & Returns’)
EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
When a product is purchased through our site, it can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order for a full refund. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt. We do not accept exchanges for online orders.
We do our best to ensure that products are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. However, please do understand that damages may occur during transit. If a product(s) is/are damaged, please email us immediately with a photo of the damaged item (within 5 days of receiving package).
Please understand in advance that for refund of returned products, it will take a few days for it to process back into your appropriate account. Depending on the time period that you contact us for your refund, there may be a possibility that you may have already been billed by your credit card company. In this case, we will refund the price of the goods through our store representative.
